Trailmaker is pleased to announce that Mayling Laihosola, M.A., joins our team as an associate. Mayling will be responsible for Trailmaker’s analytics services and project management, with a particular focus on the Execution Power Index (EPI) service. Mayling is a graduate from University of Helsinki and is fluent in Finnish, English and Chinese. She joins us from an occupational psychology company IKIGAI Assessments.
Laihosola says that the chance to participate in developing TRAILMAKER concept for was an important factor in her joining the company. “I see that TRAILMAKER brings special value as a long-term partner, helping corporates and private equity operators reach their goals without wasting time and money.”
Reflecting on her responsibility over Execution Power Index, Laihosola says that it is an important service to detect and analyse critical bottlenecks slowing down our customers’ strategy execution. “Having a good strategy is just the beginning. The pivotal part is putting the strategy into practice on time” she emphasizes.
