WealthTech SaaS company, Jay Solutions, has built its business around turning complex wealth and asset data into clear, reliable insights. As the company seeks to become the Nordic leader in wealth management data, it partnered with Trailmaker to build the momentum and structures needed for scalable growth.

Jay Solutions is a SaaS company founded in 2012. For over a decade, the company has developed WealthTech products that give users easy access to all their financial assets, along with tools to analyze and report on them.

Erik Andersson, the CEO of Jay Solutions, says that what sets the company apart from the competition is its deep expertise in wealth and asset data, combined with strong technical capabilities in data engineering. This combination has allowed them to create user friendly  products and solutions that help the user make better decisions based on reliable data.

“Our goal is to provide clients with a clear, aggregated view of all the financial assets they manage or own, regardless of where those assets are held”, Andersson says.

With a strong product and deep knowledge of asset management Jay Solutions is setting its sights high.

Trailmaker helped Jay Solutions set their course for the growth journey

Jay Solutions’ leadership team and board of directors recognized that reaching the ambitious goal would require focus, deliberate effort and changes to their operating model. According to Andersson, the company faced challenges typical for scale-ups.

“Instead of focusing on a specific area, everybody was involved in everything. We lacked strategic alignment and scalability in our operations. We recognized that in order to achieve growth, we had to professionalize our operations and align our actions with our goals.”

Jay Solutions first needed to bring the leadership team and board of directors together around a shared vision of goals and the necessary measures. Trailmaker was brought in to facilitate thus process and to provide a framework and the necessary support to set the growth journey on track.
